A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. But it is suggested that use our forwarder because we have long-term good relationship with them for good price and service.

Within 2 years, if any part failed, we send new parts or repair for free, You will undertake shipping cost from your city to China and we undertake shipping cost from China to your city. After 2 years, we only charge cost price for parts and repairements, and you need to pay shipping cost go and back.
